Lone Ranch Master Plan

Raedeke Associates delineated wetlands, evaluated impacts, and designed conceptual wetland mitigation plans for this 500-acre mixed-use master plan development in southwestern Oregon. In addition, Raedeke has conducted protocol surveys for spotted owls and marbled murrelets. Our efforts have also included plant surveys for the endangered western lily distribution, abundance, and habitat conditions on the property in order to develop management recommendations.
