Suncadia Land Stewardship Plan

Raedeke Associates, Inc. prepared a comprehensive land stewardship plan for the large master-planned resort near Cle Elum, Washington. This included GIS services, which allows land managers to easily navigate to points of interest throughout the property. Raedeke also provided spatial analyses that helped manage conservation easements on-site. Since completing the plan, Raedeke continues to provide updates as needed to keep up with annual fire risk treatment, as well as other ongoing projects.

The Plan incorporated wildlife habitat, forest health, and aesthetic and recreational issues, providing recommendations on management strategies for open space areas within the resort.
