Clint A. Smith is recognized as a subject matter expert in Construction Stormwater Environmental Compliance. He has represented many government agencies and private firms throughout the Pacific Northwest and Western United States. Clint has completed the development and review of several environmental documents and programs related to IDDE’s, SPCC, SWPPP’s and Waste Management. Clint has successfully led teams of environmental professionals in NPDES audits, compliance inspections, and the development of construction stormwater management programs.

He has focused his career on Environmental Compliance with over 20 years in industries ranging from Heavy Civil Construction, Local Municipal, State and Federal code compliance and enforcement, Oil and Gas Exploration, Open Pit Mine Restoration, and Super Fund Remediation.

Mr. Smith is a professional in NPDES Construction Stormwater Management and holds one of the top recognized certificates as a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC). His passion is to educate staff and firms on the simplicity of environmental compliance related to construction stormwater management, while showing options which are cost-effective, efficient and compliant with Local, State and Federal codes and permitting requirements.

At Raedeke and Associates, Clint manages our Certified Erosion and Sediment Control Lead (CESCL) inspection team and is the Environmental Compliance Manager for a large regional public transportation project serving King, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties.
