Wetland Scientist

Kolten has over 8 year’s professional experience with wetland and stream studies throughout the Pacific Northwest. Kolten is a Professional Wetland Scientist (PWS) as recognized by the Society of Wetland Scientists.  His responsibilities at RAI include wetland and stream ordinary high water mark delineations, wetland monitoring, expertise with the WDOE 2014 wetland rating system, and erosion and sediment control (CESCL) oversight.  Kolten has prepared numerous wetland delineation and critical area reports for projects throughout Washington State.
