Vice President / Wetland Scientist
Will is a Senior Professional Wetland Scientist (SPWS) and Certified Wetland Botanist (CWB) with over 19 years of experience. His technical expertise is working in and around wetlands, waters, and aquatic resources in both freshwater and marine environments. At Raedeke, he provides all levels of project management, technical assistance, grant and loan application writing services, and supports Raedeke’s wildlife, aquatics, and landscape architecture disciplines. He has a broad range of experience in delineation, environmental permitting and mitigation, restoration and enhancement designs, living shorelines, water quality research and testing, hydrologic and hydraulics analysis, invasive species management, and habitat assessments. 

Will has sharp knowledge in balancing project needs with permittable land-use while assisting clients to navigate the regulatory process and acquire permits on challenging projects.  He has successfully completed nearly 700 projects providing clients with cost-effective and sustainable solutions that also deliver valuable ecosystem services.
