Sound Transit Federal Way Link Extension

As part of the design-build project management (DBPM) consultant team, Raedeke Associates provides a variety of construction management services for Sound Transit in support of the construction of their Federal Way Link Extension. Our services include document & design review, as well as Environmental Compliance Management, construction site monitoring and Erosion and Sediment Control BMP inspections.

We work collaboratively with Sound Transit, the consultant team, and contractors every day at the job site to support environmental compliance while facilitating a timely completion of project deadlines. This project is a fun and exciting challenge as conditions change rapidly and require us to be extremely attentive as the project evolves.
